Clinique Antiaging is a continuation of Dr. Stolovitz’s concept of healthy aging.
Over the past 30 years, Dr. Stolovitz has successfully managed to combine both family practice and emergency medicine―and she has seen it all.
Dr. Stolovitz, or Dr. Cynthia, as her patients like to call her, has been a family physician for over 30 years. As a primary care physician, she believes in treating patients with a comprehensive approach.
At Clinique Antiaging, she addresses the physiological and psychological signs of aging with bioidentical hormones (BHRT) and the physical signs of aging with the latest cosmetic anti-aging techniques and technologies.
Global patient care has always been her focus. Having studied surgery and obtaining a degree in medical illustration from the University of Toronto, Dr. Stolovitz has always wanted to combine her artistic talents with her medical practice. Her keen eye and masterful dexterity make her expert in the artistic practice of non-invasive cosmetic medicine.
Using neuromodulators, like Botox or Dysport, and various facial fillers such as Restylane or Emervel, Dr. Stolovitz makes people look more youthful in the most natural way possible.
People look better but their friends and family don’t know why. Dr. Stolovitz tries to regain the patient’s youth by understanding facial volume changes as well as trying to match the patient’s personality.
Advances in laser technology have made it even more possible to look and feel as young as possible for longer. The Fotona SP Dynamis laser allows us to treat a patient’s soft mucosa, for intraoral skin tightening and facial-wrinkle smoothing. In a similar treatment, the NightLase® laser treatment is performed to reduce snoring and increase airflow, resulting in better sleep.
New innovations in urogynecological laser treatments are introducing a new dimension to women’s healthy aging, offering non-surgical treatment options for common gynecological issues. The IncontiLase® treatment, for stress urinary incontinence (SUI), and the IntimaLase® treat other side effects of aging and menopause, such as vaginal relaxation syndrome (VRS) or problems with lubrication. Lasers offer options for women who are perhaps unable to undergo hormone treatments due to concerns about cancers or as a result of side effects of cancer treatments.
With the Cutera laser, a leading grade medical dermatological laser, Dr. Stolovitz can improve the quality of the patient’s skin in terms of tone, tightness and texture by using a 3-dimensional approach to skin rejuvenation. The results is scientifically-measurable younger looking skin.
